At SW-Motech UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

  Ship Your Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
